You will be able to have up to 10 "family members" on your Xbox One. They can access your game library ( but only one friend at a time). So you and one of your sons can play the same game a the same time, using just one copy of the game.

Microsoft has said that authorized retailers can buy/sell Xbox One games.

If you want to play online, then you need Xbox Live Gold. You can buy the cards in stores or use a credit card for automatic renewal.

The Kinect has many games, and the voice commands are being integrated into many games. The games for the motion controller have alot of games for kids.

It will come with one Controller.

The Xbox One will have a 500GB hard drive, which is the biggest of any Xbox to date. I have a 20GB hard drive on my 360 with several games downloaded on it and have plenty of space left over

The Xbox One has a feature called Cloud Gaming. What that means is that withing your family you can bundle the accounts and only buy one game (when you buy it, it will register to your account) and play it in several Xbox Ones.

Buying used games will be a little difficult but possible. Both for PS4 and Xbox One.

Xbox Live is still a must to play online. It's the same for Xbox One as it was for the 360.

"Kinect Sports Rivals" will be the first Kinect game for Xbox One.

One controller.

500GB console.

Right now the Used game policy is not official. It is up tot he developers on how they handle used games. But for the most part, When you have a xbox one game, it will be locked tot he account your first play it with. Its kinda like how phones are. When you buy an app for your phone, it is linked to that account.

Now buying used games may be possible, but I dont think the major games will have this feature.

You will still have to have xbox live member ship, but only if your desire to use the online features. If you will only be having 1 Xbox one, only 1 subscription is needed. The primary Xbox live account can share its subscription for up to 10 family members that use that same xbox.

The Xbox will only come with 1 controller and a second one is priced at $60

For the Kinect (camera) , it will have a ton a features loaded into it, but games that are built for the specifically are going to be 'Just dance 4' right away then varies ones later on after launch.

This Xbox will come with a 500GB HDD

1. If you have it tied to your account, it would work for just one game but it would require an internet connection every 1hr of use.

2. Yes, Live Gold cards are required if you want to use the Apps and Multiplayer

3. No games announced yet, Microsoft is focusing using the camera more for navigating the interface of the dashboard than games.

4. 1 controller,

both the xbox one and ps4 are not backwards compatable.

with xbox one your family members will be able to play ur shared games through the cloud but only one member at a time.

You can still buy used games but the third party developer may add additional transfer fees, these are enforced by the third party developer such as EA and ubisoft, not Microsoft this may also apply to PS4.
more info on microsofts used game policies and third party developers can be found here ( http://www.ign.com/wikis/xbox-one/Used_Games_and_Rentals )

Your xbox 360 life membership will transfer to xbox one and is required for online play in the same way PS+ will be required for PS4 online play.

The Xbox One Kinect was designed to be part of the system from the start of production so you can expect many different in game uses for the camera such as gesture and voice commands.

It will only come with one controller

The hard drive is 500gb but you will have access to cloud storage and a external hard drive can me added for additional storage.

Yes. Currently Microsoft has plans to require the new Xbox be hooked up to the internet at least once every 24 hours. Reasoning: to be sure that people are not playing modded xboxes/games. The PS4 does not require internet connection though, so you would have to go with that console.

If you are going to play games yes. The Xbox One has this mandatory check it does every 24 hours. If you are not connected to the internet once every 24 hours it will not let you play games. All other functions of the console will still continue to work though. Also some games will make use of cloud computing such as the new Halo game they announced. As of now I'm not sure if it'll be required in order to play those games but it'll definitely make the games look better.

Yes, you need an internet connection. Xbox One requires a live internet connection at least once per 24-hour period to verify ownership and license info for purchased and installed content. The machine will lock you out of your content if you cannot verify these licenses online once a day.

Yes. There is a system to do this that Microsoft announced. Someone will sell the game to GameStop as an example and you can buy from them like you normally do. The ownership of the game is transferred on the sale through a backend system run by Microsoft. Games are now installed onto your systems hard drive so they need to be disabled on the system of the original owner. It will be seamless for you.

answer 3
NO - Xbox is using a new form of DRM (Digital Rights Management) that does not allow you to play used games or rentals. Each game will come with a Key code that must be entered to play. Once entered the game will be locked to your console and may not be used on another console unless that console owner pays a fee (Full Price) for that game.

Yes, but you can only get used games from retailers that have contracts with microsoft to use their retailer cloud system (so that means you couldn't buy a used game off a friend or a person to person site). Although developers have the option of not allowing their games to be re-sold.

You cannot play existing Xbox games on the XB1. This is because they have changed the processor. An IBM processor was used in the Xbox and Xbox360 and the Xbox One will use a processor made by intel. The architecture of these processors are different so it does not allow cross compatibility between an Older Xbox games and the New Xbox One.
