I had purchased a Hisense Sero 7 Pro tablet in June 2013 from Wal-Mart. It has been giving some problem now. When I turn it on, it make strange noise and the unit vibrates intermittently. The screen also shakes with blurred lines. I have submitted a service request thru Hisense-USA website several days ago. But I have not heard back yet. I have then sent an email and still no response. Finally, I tried to call Hisense USA but no one answered my call. I kept waiting for more than 10 minutes.
I am so disappointed by Hisense lack of response. Is there a Hisense service center in Houston, TX where I can take my unit for checking.
