Good question! The easy answer should have been, yes, as the Sero runs Android 4.2.1 and 4.2 is supposed to have a "Users" option in the settings menu that lets you do this. However, even though the Sero is running 4.2, this option is missing in the settings menu!
The only Android devices running 4.2 or higher that don't have this option are phones. Now, this makes your question really interesting because I have seen phone-like behavior on the Sero (certain apps only showing portrait displays, etc) that I thought was attributable to poorly written apps. But now I see that the multi-user menu is missing in settings and I realize that maybe the OS is a phone OS - or - HiSense has removed the multi-user option from the tablet OS for some reason.
Anyway, for whatever reason, the Sero does not support multi-users at this time, even though it should since it is running 4.2 Android.
Despite my speculation, above, that the Sero could be running a phone version of Android, I can say that it runs any app designed for a tablet, perfectly... just the way it is supposed to.
Hope this helps.
Currently the Sero 7 Pro does not support that feature, but a future update may make it available.
