How do I clean the part under the plastic due to lots of pet hair?
I love the Hoover Dual Power Carpet Washer, FH50900. It cleans very well. Even though I vacuum the carpet at least twice before I start using the Hoover there is still a lot of pet hair inside the machine. I can see it through the plastic on top of the brushes, however, I don't know how to get it out. I don't have an issue with pet hair it leaves behind while cleaning. I need help. Please, let me know what I can do. Thank you in advance!

I unplug and flip it over in my tub and use my spray wand to wash it out. I am always able to get all the hair out. Just tilt it side to side as you spray.

I read an answer that said run water through the hose that goes from the suction to to dirty water tank and it worked great.

Good luck! This machine is cheaply made and very complicated once taking the million screws out of the bottom to try to get to that part of the machine apart.

Hi Domreiter! There is a specific tool that is used to clean the nozzle to your Dual Power. You can purchase this tool at Hoover.com using part #39514003. Hope this helps!
