There form fitting, I wouldn't wear any kind of pad

These are semi form fitting, but I think the more important attribute for your question is that the fabric is a bit on the thin side. I don't know if I would be comfortable wearing a pad underneath to be honest.

They are form fitting, but the fabric is thick. They might be fine if you order a size up.
These pants are semi-fitted, not baggy at all until the boot cut opens the lower portion of the leg. I don't find them "tight" at all, but they are form fitting. Since the material is what I'd call medium weight, not thin, a pad might be invisible.
I have narrow hips, but have a bubble bum (sorry, don't know how else to say it) - they fit slightly tighter in the inner thighs, but nice elsewhere, so I sized up to a M instead of a small. If someone had wider hips and bum, I would size up and think the waist would be okay. As for the poise pad - the fabric is thick enough, but to be honest, if you had an undergarment that was thick enough to smooth the edges of the pad, I think you would be okay!
Tough question... these are like a nylon type work out pant. I am all about enthusiasm for something I love, and I love these pants, but in all honesty I think that might show.
These say semi fitted right in the back of the pant---not as fitted as the regular bootcut.
They are made to be fitted. I am usually a 2 and the S (4-6) fit snug (the way they are supposed to fit for this type of pant)
I love these pants! They fit enough not to look sloppy, but are not too form fitting. I feel they are loose enough to hide the pad.
These pants are form fitting, especially around the hips, etc. I couldn't recommend these for your needs.
These pants are forgiving, however I do not know how large poise pads are. I would say that a standard "pad" would be fine, but anything larger might be seen.
