If you fluff out the branches some, it is a very full tree. You would not notice the pole in the middle if that's what you're asking! :)

answer 2
That's probably a judgement call...which makes this a hard question to answer confidently. This tree seems to be thicker than most, snd the needles are varied and textured in a way that adds visual fluff. I think if it were fuller, it would be impractical...and would not show off your ornaments.

Yes. it is very full. You can not see through it when you fluff the branches out. I actually left some of the branches unfluffed so I could see the lights on the inside of the tree. I also like to hang ornaments on the inside.

Question

Is this tree one piece? Is it very stable?

Is this tree in several pieces that fit together or one single piece? Also, for those who have it, is the tree sturdy in its base? We have kittens and I want to be sure I don't get a tree that would easily come down on them. Thank you!

The tree comes in 3 sections (bottom, middle and top) and there is a plug that runs down the middle of the tree. Each section plugs into each other with one main plug at the bottom to plug into an outlet.

3 tree sections and a tree stand
answered 9 months ago
By
Sritte
answer 4
It comes in 3 separate sections plus the tree stand. The lights from the very top section and the very bottom section plug into the middle section which has the main cord that plugs into the outlet. Therefore there is only one cord that needs to be plugged into a power source to light up the tree.

Question

How many strands do you need to plug in?

Someone gave me this tree as a gift. I see that there is yellow and red tags. How many go in each one? We plugged in three in the red one, but only see two for the yellow one. Is there another one, and we are just not seeing it?
Also a whole row of lights are out, so I'm thinking I'm missing one to plug in, but did this happen to anyone else?

Question

sections of bulbs are out.

All of the lights are plugged in, I know of 2 bulbs burned out, where can I get replacement bulbs as the lights do go out when they are supposed to stay on per the box?

If the bulb is still in the socket, the lights should stay on. If it goes out the string shoudl stay lit. Also, we recieved a large number of replacement bulbs in our box, attached ot the lid flap. I would assume any standard replacement bulb will work with this tree.

You have one or more loose bulbs. Good luck on finding that! I just threw mine away because the lights were not working. Or, you can buy lights and string the tree, just like in the good 'ole days when we always bought real trees.

I don't know if I can help much but when I first set up my tree some of the strings would not light until I plugged them into the correct outlets. Hope you get it lit because it really looks nice. Maybe the manufacturer can help.
