No it doesn't have a cup holder but it does have an ipod hook up.

answer 2
No cup holder, although a small bottle of water would fit on the inclined shelf where the speakers are. Not recommended if your drink "sweats" and does not have a cap since the speakers are right there.

There is an input jack on the console, and you can plug in anything that uses an audio jack. The built-in "audio in" jack is female, so you would need a male connector.

No cup holder, but there is a place to balance the water bottle. The music player hooks up by purchasing a 3.5mm jack. There must be a jack on both ends, one for the treadmill and one for the music player.

This product does "fold-up" when not in use and takes up about a third of the footprint of product when fully deployed. However, it takes a certain amount of strength to push up the treadmill and it is still visually imposing on a room when not in use.

The treadmill has speakers for which you can hook up your iPod, iPad, mp3 player, or any such device. There is a 3.5 mm jack on the console for which to connect your device. There is no radio built inside the treadmill.

no you would need an MP3 player. i bought a $10 mp3 player and found a cheap mp3 site to get songs and i love it! the treadmill just has the speakers, but im sure if you bought a handheld radio, and an aux cable to plug into the headphone jack of the handheld radio, and then plugged it into the jack of the treadmill, it would work also through the speakers :)

Question

I need help w assembly please question :)

Hi all. I just received this treadmill a couple days ago, and had no problem with assembly, doing it by myself, until I got to the "handle bars" and console crossbar. I've even gone back and unassembled, reassembled to see if it was my mistake but nope. So, the issue is, when I attempt to install the console crossbar onto the uprights/handlebars, the crossbar does not line up with the screw holes at all. it's about 4-5 inches too long! I've tried everything, and I can't call the hotline, because I'm here at work when they are open. :p i am following the directions to a T. I have not tightened the screws to the handle bars, just like it says. Can anyone help? I'd really like to start using it! :) thanks!

We had the same problem. Or more accurately, I did. My wife came along, and popped it into place instantly. It has to slide in at the perfect angle, or it won't work, and sometimes a second person will try it a different way and it works.

answer 2
They don't just line up with the screw holes, they actually snap into them. Lining them up is the reason why you're getting the "4-5 inches" too long problem. At first, we thought it was some defect, but quickly realized that the screw hole "tubes" fit on the console fit INTO the holes on the crossbar.

I just screwed in one side then spread the left and right upright bars until it fit. Not sure if you're on carpet, but that may be stopping the bars from pulling out a little from the loosened screws. Just remember it's metal you're not going to crack it. Good luck.

I got my machine last Thursday, five days ago. I found that there were four screws I could not put in - they were the four in the middle positions. There were 10 of those little screws that are supposed to hold down the console, but it seems like it is fine without the four. It took me about 2 hours to put this machine together by myself. That was my only issue.

Is it noisy when you run on it?

It is the same noise level as my old Pro Form, so yes, it makes SOME noise. If you have thin walls your neighbors will hear it. Ask if your planned exercise times are OK with them. That is really considerate of you to wonder if the noise is too much.

Although it does not state whether or not it folds for storage, it does say "space saver design." Also, you can tell that it does because of the pull knob on the left upright.
