Answer found on AskMeFast.com--- In order for you to reset the Tablet, you can follow the traditional reset of an Android device for this model.
1. Turn off the phone tablet
2. Press and hold power then the volume down.
3. Once you have an Android logo, release or let go of the buttons.
4. To select, use volume up and to navigate us volume down. Select Wipe Data/factory reset 5. Select reboot to restart the tablet. Once the tablet is up, all data are deleted and start downloading them manually and update. You can also perform reset on your tablet by Going to Settings then restore and reset then select reset and the device would automatically restart. If you mean by reset is to turn off and on the tablet, you just need to press and hold the power and select restart or turn off.

my advice would be to go on line and get in contact with the company. My granddaughter's can't keep the battery charged so I am having to exchange it for probably another kind.

You can Reset the Tablet by pushing the reset button which is located on the back of the Tablet.
