Yes it can, it has VGA Input and has a max resolution of 1366x768.

Note: I found all this info out by checking the user manual and the specification for the tv off the manufacturer's website.

Maybe. It depends on what output your computer has for video out. If you have HDMI out, then yes. If you have a newer Mac there may be an adapter required to convert to HDMI.

Pay for the TV on a credit card (not a debit card) that offers purchase protection and they will double the warranty up to one additional year at no cost to you. Why buy a warranty that just duplicates what you may already be getting for free? I bought my iPhone 4s on a Chase Visa card and six months out of warranty it failed, cost me $200 to swap it in for a new one at Apple - I will get that $200 back from Chase because of their free extended warranty protection.

It has a 1yr warranty from the Manufacturer. This is a Japanese company that also produces products for Toshiba, and other high end companies. Though I do HIGHLY recommend you purchase the warranty offered from Wal-Mart. Their Product Care Plans are MUCH easier to deal with, and very much worth the extra investment. As even under warranty, some companies require you pay the shipping costs, which can total much more than the offered Product Care Plan.

Emerson is a Funai company and the Emerson they are replacing the Funai TV with is the exact same TV, just branded as Emerson. I have two Emersons from last years Black Friday from Walmart and they are ok TVs. No problems yet. Good deal at $149 last year but much better deal at $98 this year.

The same thing happened to me, the whole pin came off. I went to Walmart the next morning, after speaking with several people who did not know exactly what to do, finally one did. They reimbursed me my money and then had me purchase a gift card in the same amount. The gift card has an ID number and pin on it as well (some buyers on Thanksgiving we're apparently given gift cards instead of redemption cards for the TV as well). After all was settled, I stood there in the store and registered for the TV to make sure it worked...it did. If you don't have it resolved yet, you need to do so before the end of this evening (Sunday, December 1st), I believe. Good luck! BTW, all of the Walmart staff were very helpful in assisting me and working out the problem!

The sale ad does not say that it ONLY has 2 HDMI inputs - but since that is the new standard, that would be what they would want to emphasize in a short ad. Unless the person giving the first answer has seen more information somewhere else than what is in the sale ad, I would doubt that it only has HDMI type inputs - there are way too many devices out there that do NOT have HDMI outputs, and this would be a big drawback if true. If walmart already sells this model, I would go into the store and see for yourself before the sale if this is important to you.

You have to be at the store between 6pm & 7pm to get this deal. If they are sold out, which they will be, you will get a certificate for it which you have to register online. When the TV is available they will ship it to the store you purchased it from. If you don't register it, the certificate will become a gift card in the amount you paid for TV.

I did this last year and showed up at 6:45pm, didn't have to stand in line, got my certificate and paid up at the front registers and was out the door a little after 7 pm.

The 1 Hour Guarantee, guarantees that you will get that item as long as you are in the store during that 1 hour time frame. You have to pay for it before you leave the store. If they run out of them in the store, then one will be ordered for your. Either way you pay at the store that night.

That answer is not necessarily true. A lot of new Companies introduce themselves by offering their a very low price for their products. They want to get their products in as many home as possible. At the same time they listen for customer feedback and complaints, to improve before introducing another product line on the market. Much like Hyundai and Kia did. After flooding the market with their brand because of the extremely low initial offering price, they now have a loyal customer base that fell in love at the onset.
Buy the TV, if there are no bugs in yours, count yourself luck to get that item at the price you did.
