Check your Wi-Fi and Data connections. Sometimes when you're downloading several apps at a time, it may kick you off your internet connections.

answer 2
Are you downloading on 3G or WiFi?

I would use WiFi to download apps, updating, etc for the Play Store.

Sometimes, even on my contact phone...the Play Store gets really slow of WiFi. That is a problem with Google, not with the device.

HOW TO RESET PHONE FORGOT PASSWORD

answer 1
There are 3 ways to reset forgot password on the Straight Talk ZTE Majesty 769C Prepaid Cellphone: 1. While the phone is turned off, press and hold the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons together. Then, while still holding them, press and release the Power button (keep holding the volume buttons). The phone should turn on and a menu will appear. Press the Volume down button to navigate to the Recovery option. Press the Volume Up to select (if that doesn't work, use the Power button to select). A yellow triangle and an Android logo will appear. Press the Volume Down and Volume Up button together and a recovery menu should appear. Use the Volume buttons to move to the Wipe data/Factory reset option and then press Power to select. Again, use the Volume Down key to choose "Yes" and press the Power button again to select.

2. While the phone is turned off, press and hold the Volume Down button. Then, while holding, press and release the Power button. A menu should appear. Use the Volume down key to go to Clear Storage. Use the Power button to select the option. Then when asked to confirm, press Volume Up for Yes.

3. While the phone is off, press and hold down Volume Up + Home + Power buttons at the same time. Then release the buttons when you see the Logo. Use the Volume Down button to scroll the menu and the Home or Power key to select. Choose the Wipe data/Factory reset option. Then Select "Yes" to delete all user data. Then reboot the phone.

I think you will have to do a hard or factory reset which of course will wipe all data off and restore the phone to like when it was new.

I'm not sure which procedure your phone uses and since nobody with this phone has responded so far, I may as well give you the three generic ZTE reset methods. One of the three should work:

Mel, I can't imagine why so take your phone to Walmart and ask them. If they can't help you they'll give you a new phone. Give it a chance, This phone is great. Before you do anything else, reboot it. Hold the on off button in till the Power Off choice comes up, then tap that. Let the phone shut down, then hold the button again to turn it back on. See if that works first

answer 2
First, and I'm pretty sure you've checked this but make sure the "mute" key is not inadvertently activated as it's right above the "call" button and if you keep your finger on the call button a little too long when activating a call, you may be hitting the "mute" button when you do not realize it.

I'm sorry that I can't give you the exact procedure for a factory reset for this particular phone. I know that ZTE has at least three procedures for a hard reset, I'll give you those three and I'm fairly certain one of them should work ...remember to back up anything you want to save as you are putting the phone back to its factory condition:

And, finally, Walmart has a 15-day return period so you may just want to pack it up and exchange if for another one (if you purchased it at a store) ...or if you could do without a phone for awhile during the shipping back and forth if you bought it online.

This means when most of the functions of the phoned turned off...data connectivity, wifi, display...keeping bare minimal things running to have the phone working...a fully charged battery will last up to 15 days.

Take these numbers with a grain of salt. Manufacturers spit out these numbers from controlled tests that will in no way represent real world use.

Different emails have different methods.

From the Gmail app...you will want to tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner...then tap attach file.

I don't have the stock email app set up so I cannot comment on how that is done.

No it does not.

The ZTE Majesty 796C will use Verizon's Prepaid Non Roaming Network.

If you are looking for a AT&T device with similar specifications, take a look at the ZTE Unico.
