Call customer service and good luck. Mine just spontaneously deactivated itself twice in the last 4 days and is not able to be reactivated. Take the battery out, turn it off and on, dial the activation # again, which I think is *22890, and see if it fixes it. Good luck. I just wrote a long review and submitted it, although it's not yet published. I do not recommend this phone. I've had at least 4-5 and every one has had to be replaced on an almost monthly, now bi-weekly basis. If you just bought it yesterday, I highly recommend returning it to the store and buying a completely different model. This one will put you through the ringer.
Dial Verizon activation again.
Make sure the recording says your phone is activated. Then afterwards, try to make a call from your landline to your phone.
