Scotty, the phone featured on THIS page is the S968S.
Before placing an order, be sure to check at the bottom of the Walmart page featuring the phone and look under "Specifications." You will see a notation that says "Model No." If anywhere in the model number sequence, you see the numbers "968," it will be the Verizon version.
If you see "960" anywhere in the model number sequence, it will be the Sprint version.
Take a look directly below on the page where you posted your question and you will see "Specifications" and below that "Model No."
Notice the STSAS968CWTPWP sequence and the "968" embedded in it?
Currently, the Verizon version is only available in the Marble White color and the Sprint version is only available in the Pebble Blue color online at Walmart. I'm not sure if they will offer the opposite colors again or not.
And, again, if you haven't seen my other posts, the Verzion version will not have access to Verizon's 4G LTE network. It will be limited to 3G data speeds.
The Sprint version, however, will be a true 4G LTE phone and will have very fast data/internet speeds if in an area where there is Sprint LTE coverage. But if you don't have any Sprint coverage where you are, then it's a moot point.
