Yes, with four metal panels that you put together to create a spacer that goes between the top and bottom sections to make a small cabinet. The bottom two drawers are larger than the three up top.

Very safe! TIP: Do not open a bunch of drawers at the same time as it can and most likely will topple over....my cousin has a snap-on chest that fell on him because he can't shut a drawer after opening it...ANYWHERE! haha...got a nice gash in his leg...so word of warning...the weight of the tools will topple it if you can't shut a drawer!

All you have to put on is the caster's, bolt the riser together, bolt the riser in and bolt the top tool box on and your done there is only five step's to put it all together.

answer 2
The top chest is in one piece, but the rest of it is pretty much in pieces that you have to fit together and bolt and screw together. So it does have to be assembled.

answer 3
There is some parts you have to put together. The middle section of the chest for sure and the attaching of the wheels. Less than 20 bolts I believe.

answer 4
The top and bottom sections are already assembled. You have to bolt together the spacer in the middle and bolt the wheels on. It's not that difficult.

The top lid has a built in lock with two keys. A metal bar is also included to allow this to lock the other drawers of the top section. (although I haven't tried to do that yet, as the instructions were not clear on how to do this)

There are 85 sockets of different sizes and three handles for a total of 88 pieces. The handles are black. Numbers 4, 5, and 6 on the Interactive Tour describe the 88-piece total set. You will not get 173 pieces.

That's the way I understood it as well, however, all I got was one set. It also says the 85-piece is black, mine are chrome. Maybe we are all misunderstanding, or they are all missing the 85-piece? I am waiting for an email response from Walmart.

Under the top lid of the chest centered near the back is a small slot. Drop the bar down through the slot. If the drawers aren't *firmly* closed the lock bar won't catch and they can still be opened.
