You can put a 32 GB MicroSD card (just read the phone data!).
Check T-mob. website and alcatel.com site for dimensions. However, is a slick phone.
Camera is good only outside, lots of sun light. Else, bad camera.
Yes, you can turn off the flash.
Stop putting questions and buy one! No way to get a reasonable smart phone for $130!!!

I did a review for this phone that would have answered all your questions on this site. But to help you out.
It has 4gb of internal memeory, however about half is available for your apps. It does come preloaded with many usefull apps, but all can be removed. So you can download many apps, the amount however is dictated by how how large each app is.
Yes, you can use a micro sd card up to 32gb in my tests. It does not come with one however, and is not capable of being hotswapped. You must turn off the phone, take off the back cover, open the little metal door, pop it in, close the little door, put the cover back on, then turn it on. Boot up is under 30 seconds though so not a big deal if you dont remove the card frequently.
The phone is 5.13 inches tall, 2.64 inches wide, and 0.35 inch thick. Walmart tends to typo the specs for LWH measurements.
The camera is very good quality and quite impressive for a 5mp camera. It does not do well however in dim lighting, at night, or other poor lighting conditions. At least not automatically. It does not have autofocus either so taking photoes of text can be difficult. Flash can be turned on/off and can be used as a flashlight (inclueded app, or any flashlight app). Front facing camera is vga .3mp camera. Quality is not bad, but has NO low light capability.
What you should know about the phone is that it feels like a much more expensive phone than it actually is, but is only around $150. It is lacking compared to a $600 phone but for the difference in price, it should be commended. There are many average to poor reviews of this phone that dont keep the price difference in mind. They literally in the last review I read, compare the phone to a galaxy s 2 and 3. Both are double the price or more than this phone.
Just go buy it and not worry about contracts anymore. It is a great phone and I feel is, save for the camera, better than my droid razr 1st gen.
