Same thing here, but I found out that when you see no DNS server your GB's are used up. I had a card on reserve, but it does not start up when you use up your data, it starts when the last data card expires. That needs to be fixed, though I was shocked at how fast I went through 1 GB. I just changed over from Verizon MiFi 2200 which is a slow unit, but I never used more than 2 GB a month. This unit is much faster and you can use up a lot of data in a short time. Stay away from Videos if you are trying to save money. If you use up your data you also will have to call StraightTalk to access your reserve, so putting a plan in reserve or having auto pay is not worth it for this unit. Just keep a card handy, so you can call when your internet stops.
Are you using a VPN, router, or OpenDNS? How is your device configured? This device is available in select Walmart stores. Select a store based on the ones closest to you and input the the zip code on the Walmart.com web site. Keep trying until you locate the device.
I hope this helps!
I'm not a Walmart employee but if you are within the 15-day exchange period, you can take it to a Walmart store to exchange even if you purchased it online.
It appears to be currently available online and I see that many Walmart stores have them in stock.
