I do and have not had a problem.

My son came to our bed and wet the bed. What I did was remove the topper from mattress and with a wet towel that was soaked in water with some sort of cleaner ie. pine sol or other disinfectant, I then patted the affected area with the wet towel and left to dry. I left out to dry a few days so as the smell of the cleaner evaporated. No stain was left on the topper.

I couldn't find the topper in my local store after I went back the next week after I had seen it there so I just went online and ordered directly. I had it delivered to my home and had to pay extra but I thought it would be too heavy to get home from the store and then to bring into the house but once it was delivered I saw that I could have handled picking it up at the store and the 'ship to store' was free. I will do that on some things the next time to get 'free shipping"
