i think if you go to the bissell website and look up your model number they will give you the parts list you should be able to get it ffrom there i have had the same problem but with a hover and the do sell them good luck and i hope you find what you need

My powersteamer has an upholsery cleaning feature but I haven't yet tried it out. I have two chairs that badly need cleaning and I'll try this out soon once I can my carpet problems under control. If it works as well on upholstery as it does on the carpets, it should be fine.

There is an upholstery attachment. It is just the standard kind. If you want other attachments you have order them. I think that it would probably do a decent job on furniture. I plan to use it to clean my furniture also.

How much clean water does the tank on this cleaner holds?

I have a huge apartment and an upright quick steamer and I have to fill up the tank 4 times just to clean my livingroom. So just imagine how many times I have to fill it up to clean my entire apartment. I just need to know if this cleaner is the right one for me or do anyone have any suggestions?

It has attachments to do smaller things and I was going to clean the carpets and seats in my car. It does an excellent job of cleaning and has good suction but it is still very new.

Area Rugs!

I have hard wood flooring throughout my first floor with a white area rug in my living room. Needless to say with two small kids it is covered in stains now. Can this work on area rugs while they are on hard wood or does it specifically say it can't? I know some steamers say move the rug to another place first... does this?

The rug doesn't have to be off of the hardwood floor to clean it, and it will work on wood/tile floors too!

Yes there is, I used the machine to clean up a laundry detergent spill. The spill was at least half to 3/4s of a 100 fluid ounce bottle spilled on the carpet. I had to fill the water container up six times with clear water to get the soap out of the carpet. The product worked extremely well out of the box.
