yes, but @ 350 watts 8 gauge power wire is risky. I suggest using 1/0 wire for power from the battery.

Run the Red wire from the battery's positive terminal to the cap's positive terminal, then from the caps negative terminal run the wire going into the amps positive terminal, then connect your amp's ground wire to something metal on the car
