The unit can use Olympic or standard size weights. The weight bench is designed to support a maximum user weight of 300 pounds and a maximum total weight of 610 pounds. Do not
use the weight bench with more than 310 pounds of weight. Do not place more than 150 pounds on the leg lever.

The bench does not decline enough for abdominal exercises. The exercises on the chart recommends are mostly for exercises that are used while the bench is parallel to the floor.

answer 2
you can do mixed abs that are on the chart that comes with the bench, but the decline does not go down too far and it does NOT work for doing decline situps..

I'm six feet tall and the uprights on their highest setting are perfect for me for squats. I doubt you can do pullups on them. Just buy a doorway chin bar.

answer 2
I'm a shorter person-5'3". I use it for pullups and chinups. I just bend me knees and pullup or chinup and it works just fine. I don't know the exact height.

Question

Can someone please clarify MAXIMUM weight capacity for this product?

This was the answer given for a previous question: "A:

does this mean that if I'm 250 pounds I cannot lay on this bench and hold more than 60lbs of weights? Can somebody please explain, I'm a beginner to all of this.

if you weigh 110 pounds and can bench 310 pounds go for it. if you weigh 300 pounds and bench 310 pounds still good. if you weigh 310 pounds the most you can put on for weight would be 300 pounds. 310 pounds is the maximum weight for the plates while 300 pounds is the maximum weight for the user.

The bench will hold a combined user and weight max of 600 pounds. The squat rack will hold a max of 300 pounds. If you are in the range of 500-600 pounds, you are better off getting a power rack. MUCH safer and smarter.

I'm pretty sure the max weight it can hold is 300 as well, but I'm sure you can go a bit over that.
Not going to get any better for this kind of money.
