Depends on what you need.. you can order parts from NEXT if you need to, but if it's simple things like grips, tubes, tires etc. you can get those at Wal-Mart or any other store that carries bike stuff.

I just bought the bike for my 11 year old daughter, it is perfect for her size with room for little growth, she is 80lbs and under 5'. The bike is fantastic, but I would say see if it comes in 26" - that should be perfect for your wife.

If there is one I can't find it. I looked at the paper work I got with mine and didn't see it any where.

I bought this bike from Wal-Mart on-line and had it shipped Site to Store. Our local Wal-Mart was very helpful and they assembled the bike for me and it was ready within 24 hours for pick-up.
The seat seems to be comfortable for now and we aren't interested in changing it.

I think I read some where that is doesn't? I could only find the 24".

The colors that I know of for girls are silver and pink and silver and purple. For the boys, silver and blue and silver and orange.

My sister actually asked this same question to a Walmart associate. The answer is no. With the duel suspension it is not safe for a child to be on the back, also a child seat will not fit on a duel suspended bike. Also, a child seat will not fit on any 24" bike.

My opinion about getting the bike repaired is to take your questions and bike to any Walmart near by. Leave the bike in your vehicle. Take an associate to the bike section with you and display your question on the same bike as in the store. That way you don't have to carry the bike around the store with you while trying to find an answer. After you get your answer, you may can repair it yourself, or you could bring the bike in from your vehicle and ask the associate to help repair it.
