There is no camera to see yourself. The words show up on your tv.

I ordered the Karaoke CDs from Amazon. It was mostly the Disney Karaoke series. And the CDGs have both the music and words.

A karoke cd is typically referred to as cd-g. This means that is has cd with graphics which means the lyrics will be displayed on screen.

It comes with all the cables you need and 1 mic. The machine is set up for 2 mic's, which is perfect!
