I wouldn't want to try to inflate it without a pump....but it's about the size of a twin matress and not very thick so you could probably do it if you've got some time and good lungs.

probably a full set. it seems a little wider than a twin, and definitely smaller than a queen.

You can get memory pads in various thicknesses on-line. Not sure if Walmart sells them but check other websites. They usually list dimensions so compare them to the air bed size. Memory pads can be cut to fit so even if you cannot find exact fit, you can trim it.

Coleman makes several pumps, including a battery operated version that both inflates and deflates. it's about $30, but works very well. my friend bought one and i'm thinking of doing the same. i have a regular DC air compressor, but the fittings on the mattress are not the same as my pump.

No, but for the price it is worth it.
