Europe uses 220 Volts and 50 Hz America uses 110 Volts and 60 Hz years ago this was a problem for electronics but most of todays new electronics will acept either. If you bring your TV from Europe or take a American TV to Europe you can check on the item itself where the serial number is located it will display the power requirments. As for the plug as long as the item will accept the power you can buy a plug adapter at most airports and online.

Good Question! I looked when I read your concerns and found that this product has an adjustable seat as well that I hadn't realized. (Dad and son put it together). It's not huge so it won't take up alot of space in their room yet seems plenty big enough for the age group specified (up to 6). Hope that helps!

answer 2
Yes. "The Learning Adventure". It is mostly letter-oriented. Your child gets to pick an automobile; car, bus, or ATV. And then pick a color, and then a horn. Your child then uses that vehicle on the "learning journey" or in "the big race". Those are the two activities involving pedalling. There are several other activities using the joystick. They involve matching shapes, picking out upper and lower-case letters, noticing the letters that make up a short word, among others.

You don't need a dvd player. The games come as cartridges that go into the cycle, and then you plug the cord into your television.
