Yeah, you just use the hose with the attachment.

I think it depends upon the size of the store. I completed one room (16X16) that was QUITE stained in certain spots and I used 2 tanks of water/cleaner. It is a sturdy product. The question is whether or not there are some steam vacs that have larger tanks that might be more practical for you depending on the size of your store. I don't think you'd find one for this price, though. I thought the refilling and discarding of the old water was quick and easy--not a hassle at all, and not too heavy.

This machine has 5 spinning brushes under the machine and a smaller attachment that has a cleaning brush.

The machine does not heat the water, it only works with the hot tap water that you put on the tank mixed with the detergent, but I absolutely recomend this machine, did an awesome job in my carpets.

Absolutely yes!! I just reviewed this product it is incredibly easy to use and the hand attachment makes doing stairs a breeze. See my before and after photos, its incredible!!

I haven't tried removing this one and just went to double check I don't see any screws that could be taken out to remove it. I have noticed though that this cleaner doesn't get the same gunky build up in the front that my old steam cleaner used to and I've always owned animals that shed all the time. I did however turn it over a couple times while using it to get the hair build up from around the rotating brushes.
