Questions & Answers for Step2 Step2 LifeStyle Custom Kitchen

Question
Is it possible to put this together and take it apart again?
I would like to have Santa deliver this to Grandma's for Christmas. Could we put it together and then take it apart for the two hour car ride home? Thanks!

Yes you could take it apart and put it back together. Just remove the screws (only 4) that hold the top and bottom togther, and you can split it into two smaller pieces that can be transported easier.

You should be able to. You slide the top part (like the top part of a hutch) onto the lower counter and sink part. It is then held together by a couple of screws. It can be done, you'll just have to screw and unscrew a few times. And I would keep the directions handy just in case!
Just FYI- some of the places that you need to put a screw in aren't pre-drilled, so you'll want to have a battery operated screw-driver or your hands and arms will be sore.

I would not recommend takign it apart, it is tricky enough gettign it together the first time...i would suggest just laying in the back of your car...it will possibly fit in a trunk...

I think so. My husband put this together with ease, I think you could take it apart and reassemble. My husbands power screwdriver ran out of power before he finished and the kids still were able to play with it even though it was not completely finished.

My guess would be a 2 1/2 or 3 foot cube. It's very light. Fit in the back of my Durango with baby seat in back seat. It's very lightweight.

I think it would fit if you have the back of your vehicle uncluttered.

Question
Is it the same color as in the picture?
I ordered this last night and love the colors, but when I saw it on the Target web site it was green and tan which I don't like at all. So I want to know if I will get the nice burgundy one.

No play food. It comes with 2 small plates, 2 small bowls, 2 small cups, 2 small salt*pepper bolts, 2 small knives, and 2 small spoons.

Also, it has a small pot and a small pan (about 2.5"~3" in diameter). If your children like big pots as my boy, you have to find some and buy them seperately.
