Do I need to buy more cards?
That game comes with 38 cards, right?
Do I need to buy more cards to play with another friend (just two players in a game) or the cards that come with the game is enougth?
And, if it´s enought, it´s RECOMENDED to buy others cards? How many?

Yes you do have to buy more cards! They give you a starter and booster pack with the set. You also should get the camera stand if you plan on buying this!!
