I just purchased one of these and 2 of my bins were broken. I emailed info@tottutors.com and they quickly responded and sent me my 2 replacement bins. It is a great product and I am very pleased on their quick response.

It looks like they'll replace the parts for free though. Certain parts of the site are "under construction," so I don't know if this is a new website or not. They should be able to help with bins though.

This organizer has metal dowels.

This is the model I purchsed and the rods that hold the bins in are painted metal. You'd never know to look at it. It is very sturdy and very nice.
