Hello,

No the foam mattress does not come with a boxspring. You can either use your old box springs or you can place 1/2" plywood on your bed frame or build a platform to support your foam mattress.

If this mattress has a zipper cover, I would try unzipping the cover before heading out and buying anything more. The foam cells compress when you lie on the mattress yet that air has no where to go except staying within the mattress cover. By unzipping it, you'll allow the air to escape. Leave it unzipped for about a month until the mattress shapes to contours of your body.

walmart sells the spa sensations mattress pad thats SUPPOSED to go with this mattress which i bought, but the mad is wayyy shorter than the mattress, but since its so comfy im not returning anything.

i use deep pocket hotel quality sheets on this matress with the pad and it fits perfectly; i dont really think regular sheets would work

Yes, but in returning it you must have a service pick it up IF you take it out of the box (once the foan inflates you can't get it to deinflate). I say go ahead and try it BUT NOT if you like an overall SOFT type bed...this one is on the firm side...maybe a bit like floating on a raft in the river...takes a little time to soften...jump on it...nice for the money however.

I bought the twin size and it came rolled up inside a box that was at least 1/3 the size of the actual mattress. That may give you an idea of how the queen would be. However I do not know the actual dimensions

Yes, mine inflated fully and was actually bigger than my queen size frame. Hangs over a bit on the langth.

It was delivered via FedEx Ground, we weren't home at the time, it was left in the front porch. A queen size is 103 lbs.

My mattress was delivered inside the door. It is not in a mattress sized box, but in and unbelievable small box and unfolds and is a regular sized mattress in about 15 minutes.

The website states to take it back to the store for proper credit. However, I contacted customer service and they sent a out a company to pick the mattress up as it no longer will fit in any packaging. But, it may be three weeks before I get the refund on my credit card per customer service. I was hoping the mattress would work as I have the same model in a king sized one that is quite firm and the queen that I returned squishes down to two inches on the corner - just unacceptable.
