Questions & Answers for Evenflo Evenflo - Jenny Jump Up

Question

door frame?

Can somebody be kind enough and show me a pic of the top portion, so I can understand how it fits on the door clamp...? Since I live in an apt, I am not sure where it will go. I have a sliding door between the kitchen and the dining and there are no other doorways in the living room area...

Great question! The clamp at the top must be placed on a door frame that is 3" to 6" wide, have a "ledge" with firmly attached trim of at least 1/2". Please call ParentLink at 800-233-5921 with any further questions - we'll be happy to help you.

yes, there are several you can choose from even from Wal mart. I don't remember right off if they are the Evenflo brand but there are definately others that are more boyish. In fact when I was looking last year, this is the only one I found that was pink

yes, you have to have the mounting, that's what keeps it locked in place. I tried it on doors without it and it won't work

I had 2 of these with my 3 children and 2 grandchildren and there should not be any assembly at all. It's all one piece and simply clamps over the door facing

Instructions from the booklet that accompanies the item :
1. Select one strap. Locate the looped end that is nearest to the toy loop. Insert that end into the front slot on the right front strap flap on the seat.
2.Pull the strap through the slot on the back of flap.
3. Insert the other looped end of strap into the right rear flap, then pull through the back side. Make sure the strap is not twisted.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 and insert the other strap through the left front and left rear flaps.
5. Lift tube access flap. Insert one tube through the sleeve on the right side of seat. Guide the tube through the sleeve.toward the left side of the seat, and through both looped ends of the front strap.
6. Before inserting the second tube into the sleeve notice the ends of the tubes. Each tube has a small end and a large end. You will want to orient the second tube so that once it is installed in the seat, its small end mates up with the large end of the first tube.
7. Insert the second tube into the sleeve on the left side of the seat.Guide the tube through the sleeve toward the right side of the seat and through both looped ends of the rear straps.
8. Guide the ends of tubes into each other. Make sure they snap together. Fold the flap over the tubes.
9. Attach both straps to the spring housing.
use on an interior doorway.Adjust the height so only the baby's toes touch the floor.
Hope this helps!
