Display doesn't work
We got our machine and the first night that we rode it the display was working. We turned it off after 30 minutes of use and the next day the display stopped working? We have tried using the batteries and the plug in and still no display? Any ideas? We can ride the bike we just cant use any of the display functions.

No. Unfortunately, you can't enter your weight. I know that makes the Calorie display inaccurate, but it's still a useful guideline.

Yes, and that's one of the things I really like about this bike. I sometimes change directions every sixty seconds (when the console beeps while using one of its programs).

the box says 250 pounds, and although the frame seems strong if you tried it the problem would be the seat only fits a person of a certain size, I'm at the max weight for this machine so I'm lucky I fit the seat. I would search for a machine with a higher weight capacity, I've seen some for 350 lbs and you'll more than likely stand a better chance with a treadmill. Good luck with your workouts.

What are the benefits of the preset workouts?
I am trying to find out the benefits/goals of each of the preset workouts.

The user manual does not provide any information and the console only shows a profile of the resistance and duration for the workout.

What I'm looking to find out is which one is best for burning the most calories and which one is best for cardio benefits.

I'd appreciate if someone can share this info as I just bought this machine and I find the user manual to be lacking in many ways.
