This is the BEST price I can find. Delivered it costs less than $2.50 per tank. Good luck - if no dice at this site - try a Smart & Final store if you have one in your area (4-pack for $11.99) - or a local Asian Market. But as far as being specific, that website on Amazon.com is the best I can offer. Or Google "GasOne Butane Fuel"

Copy the link - and paste to your browser. It's the best value I know of... delivery costs nearly as much as the fuel, but still works out to less than $2.50 per can - delivered.

Also try any local Asian Grocery store - as these are common for "Hot Pot" meals - and also the food service industry uses the canisters for portable butane burners - like are used for an omlette station at a fancy brakfast joint.

Keep looking and you'll find them! Or - use the link I posted - because it's the best price delivered I can find.

Question
fuel source?
Does this heater have a resivoir that you fill up using the "required" 8 oz cylinders or does it have a hose or some sort of connector that needs to be connecected directly to the 8 oz cylinder in order for it to operate or function properly? I cant find this imformation anywhere online. Can you use a different size container to operate the heater or does it have to be an 8 oz? Thanks.

The fuel canister is "plugged-in" for lack of a better term. It is put inside the heater, and alligned, then a lever presses it into the fuel receiver. It's a very tight & sturdy fit. And because the canister is self sealing - you can remove it at almost any time - without losing any fuel... similar to a 1lb propane cylinder. No hoses or resivoirs - it's more like a fuel cartradge that you insert into the body of the heater.

The 8oz fuel cells are your only option - and they are of a certain type. I found mine on Amazon.com (GasOne 8 oz), at a local Smart & Final store & at Big 5 Sporting Goods.

From what I hear, these 8 oz canisters of fuel are common to the food service industry (for portable butane burners - like at an omlette station at a fancy breakfast) as well as the Asian community who uses them for "Hot Pot" meals.

Do a little looking - and this heater will be a great value. I ordered a case of 12 fuel canisters (providing about 5 hours of heat - on HIGH setting) from Amazon for under $30. Big 5 sporting goods had them for $1.99 each. And Smart & Final had a 4-pack for $11.99.

The best place to find the fuel cells are at kitchen stores as they also fit portable stoves and local sporting goods stores . Anything that burns gives off some kind of fumes
