Batteries for Remote Control that comes with the Wii Play
I bought the whole the wii console and the wii play that comes with another remote control and I found out that the remote control that comes with the Wii play it does not function with the rechargeable batteries , is it this possible?

From what my son said, It depends on what kind of rechargeable batteries you buy. Not all rechargables are the same, just like not all batteries are the same. You can search on the Nitendo website and find out what kind they recommend. If you have bought a non Nintendo version of the rechargable batteries, I have looked at alot of their Customer comments, and almost all have problems with the off brand name sets. And still recommend the Nitendo sets to use! I hope this is helpful!

The remote control that comes with Wii Play works right out of the box. It has rechargeable battries built in and you should have no problems using it or charging it.
