Does this product safely clean CD's & DVD's that you have burnt or downloaded from PC, without erasing or damaging them?

Yes, it cleans them great! It does not remove scratches from them, only cleans fingerprints and gunk on them. They came out looking like new (but still with the scratches) and play just great afterward.

It is just a sliver under 6" by 5" by 1 7/8" deep.

Electrical outlet...usually though, you can purchase adapters if your plugs require different voltage.

Doesn't that ruin the value? Yes it will clean them, it is a poorly made thing which breaks really fast though.
