32+ inch long can comfortably use the bike. The seating position is not so rigid - so may be an inch shorter ones too can use that.

They are stickers. One needs to be careful in putting them on, because once they're in place, they are there to stay.

Do the tires have good traction?
I bought a plastic big-wheel bike and when my daughter pedals the front wheel doesn't stick. She sits there while the wheel just spins and she gets discouraged. Does this bike have good traction on the sidewalk?

No, it does not. The seat is in a fixed position. You shouldn't have to raise or lower it because the pedals are in front, not under the seat. Even I can sit on my 3 year old's trike. I don't think you would have to worry about it.
