I'm 5'7 and I do have a hard time touching the gound whebn on the seat, I've moved it as low as it goes, but its so much fun to ride, so I've managed by leaning it to the side when getting on/off. I don't have any problems once on it though.

The bike comes in one box. It has to be assembled.

It took one hour. It is 75 % assembled: you have to put the front tire on;
the handle bars on;
the seat on;
put air in tires;
and
adjust the brakes, both front & back.

Our local WalMart did not carry this bike. We called the claims dept and asked them to assemble the bike for us.

We purchased a new tire and tube for the rear wheel the day we assembled it because the beaded seal on the original tire was defective and BLEW up when we put air in it.
We bought the tire & tube at a local bike shop....
it is a weird size:
700 X 88/40
