Reclining Seats, and most sturdy?
Do the seats on the Schwinn Free Runner ST Double Jogging stroller recline seperately, can the seats also be put sitting straight up so the kids can sit and see out?
Is the Free wheeler stroller or the free runner stroller w/ locked front wheel more appropriate for rough terrain?

The seats recline seperately. Even when they are all the way up, kids are somewhat reclined. My stroller had the locked front wheel and I thought it was very hard to turn and manuever. I would get the one with the swivel wheel.
