The only thing that is going to get your belly back in shape is time and exercise. This will help you feel tucked in while you get to whatever shape you're working on. If you get it tight enough, it may help you pull your hips back in after pregnancy, I suppose.

No, go for a better quality one!

No I would not use this for post pregnancy because its not tight enough. I think this would mainly be used to wear your pre-pregnancy pants and to hide that you can not button your pants or hold up too big maternity pants.

Idk if it does that. I wear it still. I just had my daughter in July. It definitely still is good for pants that don't fit or shirts.

I doubt it. It's really not tight enough to work as a girdle or anything that would put enough pressure on the actual belly to make a difference. This is more for all over back/belly support.

Yes, it seems as though it would be great after birth use to support the stomach to get it back in shape.

I doubt there is enough pull to it, but it wouldn't hurt. It's like a lightweight, flexible, stretchy girdle. Unfortunately time or surgery are the only real options

No, I have one and it sits to low arround the torso. Even if you tighten it up, there are way to many folds and it does not suk in or support the mid part of your belly. Especially would not work if you have a c-section. Just by a back brace, it works the same, and is much cheaper than buying a belly band.
