Yes - we have cooked two 4-5 pound chickes at once several times. As long as you tie the chickens up properly you will have no issues - just delicious chicken!

I would not use this as a broiler. It is not a broiler, it's a rotisserie. If you want to broil use your oven or toaster oven.

No.....the temps are not adjustable on this unit and although it does have a tray on top that it says is for steaming vegetables, it does not work that well. All the tray on top is good for is warming up dinner rolls and keeping things that are already cooked, hot. Other than that it is an excellent rotisserie. It is not for baking at all.
