OAC is the one of, if not the, largest manufacturers of Chinese Television. You can gather much more information on the company than I could devote to the limited space here by simply doing a searh on-line by typing "OAC television" into the search subject box. The number of hits that come back (which will be substanial considering that a broad search like described above will pick up advertizing, etc.) will be your first indication of how well known this brand is. Another advantage of doing your own search is you will no doubt come across numerous other answered surveys about this company and their products.

It is a fixed stand and does not lean. In fact, it is very steady. We have it at just above eye level and it is easy to watch. Also, you can affix to a wall or high up with one of the wall things. For a small size, it is very nice.

Yes, and it has auto tune mode so it will find your channels. I think you'll like it.

It's got a sleep timer, and a clock so you can even use it to wake up to. You have to set the clock first.

The manufacturer web site says 18 lbs. The box has a little plastic handle on the top and I carried it up the stairs like a briefcase with no sweat. Hauling my old 12" tube TV downstairs was much worse!

In the comments offered by civilserv (the first opinion giver as presented when the reviews came up on this webpage) he indicates this item makes an excellent monitor and that the channel indications are too small which detracts from using it as a Television at distance. On this final comment, at least one other person answering this survey agreed concerning the readability of channel indications.

The cables are on the back underside. If you're going to mount it, make sure your mount moves outward. I didn't mount mine so I'm unsure if the space allowed is big enough for your hand, but there is space.
