Yes, but they would be really small. We put our monitor on the desk instead of the cd rack. There is a sturdy board that goes up and down that you could attach the shelves to. This is the board that we left completely off.
Are you able to put this together WITHOUT the CD rack on the left? If you're able to leave that off, it would give you several extra inches and you would be able to have the bigger monitor. That's the only thing that is stopping me from purchasing this particular desk - the lack of room for a 23" monitor.
I tried to put it together without the CD rack for the same reason, but the stucture lost tons of stability. The desk is already very flimsy as it is with it. I do not recommend this desk at all.
I am 6 feet tall and looks like the height of the table from the ground to the counter is around 26 inches. Is this good enough for a 6 feet tall person??
