Question
Which product is right for me?
I live in a rural area about 45 miles between each of two cities. I purchased 2 Magnavox TB110MW9A converter boxes from your Geneva, NY store and when I hooked them up I have no signal. With just standard type rabbit ears I have (while snowy usually) currently accessibility to both Rochester, NY and Syracuse, NY stations. What would be the correct antenna for me? I was looking at the RCA flat antennas. Will they even work?

An outdoor, pole or roof mounted fringe reception antenna would be right for you. Expecting a small/cheap indoor antenna to work at that range is expecting miracles. If your analog tv is/was snowy that is a hint you have a poor antenna. Reception should be clear analog or digital at 45 miles with the correct equipment.
answer 2
I live in a rural area also, and it didn't work for me on my converter box either, except for maybe picking up 4 channels, but it was either 2 vertically or 2 horizontally, not 4 laying in the same spot.
