Yes, the camera comes with a cord which can be used for either USB charging or standard outlet charging.

The camera does not come with the docking station. Pics can be transferred with the USB cord that is provided. There is no memory card either. No really a hug issue since you can get a 2gb right at the store for $9 dollars.

It comes with a USB cable, an AC adapter for charging the battery, a CD with the software, a plastic platform for to set the camera on and a wrist strap.
